Conveyor systems by Culinaire® for large commercial dishwashing applications are designed to handle up to 100 racks per hour. The Culinaire® Conveyor system is made up of modular units combined to meet your unique requirements. The modular components can be rearranged and modified to grow with your business.

The Conveyor components are available in a range of lengths to suit the number of persons working on the line. Components can be matched to all commercial dishwashers.

  • Stainless Steel 304 No. 4 construction throughout complete unit with stainless steel frame and legs with adjustable feet.
  • Stainless steel drive system bearings & cord drive rollers and Stainless steel cord drive belt adjustment system.
  • Powerful electric motor and gearbox is matched to suit conveyor length for years of trouble free service.
  • Electronic variable speed and torque control for perfect speed matching to operator needs.
  • For operator safety each station is equipped with a large industrial red mushroom head safety stop button and a green industrial start button.
  • The large diameter high strength cord creates more space below the meal trays, allowing the operators fingers to easily fit under the tray when lifting it off the conveyor.
  • The unit is tested to Australian Std AS3760 and manufactured in accordance with AS/NZS 60635.1.
  • The inlet and outlet conveyor units can be matched to any commercial dishwasher and the components are available in a range of lengths to suit the number of persons working on the line. Add more modular Straights and Bends for large kitchens and multi-room conveyor systems.
  • Table heights and gantries are ergonomically designed for operator comfort & work efficiency.
  • Pre-soak trolleys complete the system to soften baked on material prior to dishwashing.
