Bellis Australia is currently supplying, manufacturing and fabricating the insulation system components for a major Alumina Refinery in Gladstone Queensland..The prefabricated Instalag system being installed reduces substantially the on site labour required for installation and the factory assembled prefabricated insulation system ensures top QA QC for the entire installation.

Bellis Australia is also supplying, manufacturing and fabricating the Instalag prefabricated insulation system for an alumina refinery in Western Australia.

The use of this system which can be manufactured in mobile facilities at remote sites reduces labour costs both direct and by way of reduced accommodation, meals and travel costs.

A similar system called TIPS has been engineered for the prefabricated insulation of tanks and vessels for major project sites also achieving major cost savings in on site labour.
