DMF AUTO BiFLEX STRIP CURTAINS

The Auto BiFlex is designed and manufactured by Sydney based company, DMF International Pty Ltd, and is a unique automated PVC strip curtain that opens and closes automatically with a complex accordian motion.

DMF has been manufacturing and supplying Visiflex PVC Strip Curtains for decades, for various applications requiring protection from dust, temperature or noise, in which there is a lot of traffic flow.

These are a popular product, but DMF has taken this product to a new design level, by creating an automated open and close system.

The advantages of this design are...

1. The PVC strips automatically concertine open, allowing an impact free access through the opening. Normal strip curtains can be awkward for traffic or forklifts passing through the strips, since the strips dragging over the palleted product can be dragged off the pallet.

2. The PVC strips last longer since there is minimized impact contact of the passing traffic through the opening, which causes scratching or tearing of the strip.

3. Openings with a meat or gantry rail passing through, cannot accommodate PVC roll doors and the auto BiFlex door solves this issue. The strips can be profiled around the gantry rail and provide an excellent seal with the automatic operation.
