Elmich Green Walls Go International

Elmich is not just making Australia a greener place, it's also branching out overseas to complete some stunning projects as far away as California and Singapore.

California
In 2012, an Elmich Greenwall was installed in the plaza and meeting place at the Fashion Valley Mall in San Diego, California. The greenwall, which boasts 4000 plants, was installed in five days at one of the largest shopping malls in California.

There are also Elmich greenwalls located at Amazon HQ in Seattle and the US Army Corps of Engineers in Texas.

Singapore
In Singapore, an Elmich Green wall can be seen at the Miro Residence, a 30-storey urban apartment block. The wall uses the Elmich VGM Green Wall System as a backdrop to each individual terrace to create the feeling of outdoor living for residents and guests.

As well as the obvious aesthetic benefits, the Green wall has a more practical purpose as it shields the face of the building from the sun and cools the internal temperatures, reducing energy consumption and air conditioning costs.
