Cosh Living Hosts 2022 House of the Year Awards

For this year, Cosh Living hosts the 2022 House of the Year Awards at its Richmond Showroom. The annual Grand Designs House of the Year Awards shine a light on residential architecture in Australia. Cosh Living proudly presents the 12 finalists that highlighted architectural innovation through materiality and design.

The Grand Design House of the Year Award was given to the Hawthorne House, which was built by Flux and designed by Edition Office. The open plan house made a seamless connection between the outdoors and indoors. It was physically textile and visually appealing.

Another highlighted property at the awards was The Crakenback House. This property was the People's Choice Award Winner and featured outback living. The modern farmhouse combined concrete, corrugated steel, and even rusted steel.
