Epoxy self-levelling flooring from Danlaid Contracting

Self Levelling
Designed to be applied to a substrate in fair to good condition but certainly
not a rough surface. If the substrate is rough, some patching would be required prior
to application. You can have a non-slip version of this product by adding grit to
the formulation. Applications are placed in thicknesses of 2mm to 5mm and will
provide you with a very hard and strong, smooth, high gloss floor.
Trowel-Down
This epoxy topping is designed for use in food preparation areas such as bakeries or
take-a-way food stores. It is to be used in instances of a rough substrate and is
applied at thicknesses of 5mm to 6mm. This product allows you to create falls to waste
and will provide you with a general hardwearing floor.
Roller Coat
Only to be applied to a substrate in good condition as this product will not hide any
roughness in the substrate. This product is designed mainly for sealing concrete to
provide an easy to clean, dust-free surface. It is applied at thicknesses of 1mm to 1.5mm.
Roller coat can be applied as acrylic or water-based epoxy but it is not as hardwearing.
Non-Slip Roller Coat
This product is designed mainly for re-coating an existing epoxy floor to either re-apply
or add the non-slip feature to the floor. Once again it is applied at thicknesses of
1mm to 1.5mm.
Spread & Sprinke
Can be used on either a rough or relatively smooth substrate and is particularly good
over new concrete. It is applied at thicknesses of 3mm to 4mm and can be used to create
falls to waste.
