Not long ago, the Allplastics fabrication team fabricated multiple acrylic water tanks to be used in an engineering laboratory at Charles Sturt University. Our team custom crafted these tanks to suit the application and requirements demanded of the laboratory. They have been performing optimally ever since their installation. Currently, they are being used as a water filtration system; as the water cycles from one tank to another, engineering students can view the filtration process with nothing obstructing their view thanks to the optical grade acrylic supplied by Allplastics.

Having tanks built from a clear and reliable material is especially important in this instance, students may observe the clarity of the water as it advances through the various levels of filtration, enabling them to make adjustments as needed. It is also important for the material to be lighter than glass, since the classroom hosts a number of students, and the tank is constantly being relocated.
