10mm Glass Track Systems from Cowdroy

The Roller Bearing 10 double sliding door system is an adjustable glass door system which is slimline in design for maximum visibility yet robust enough to carry 50kg glass panels. Ideal for use in large cabinets and vanities, reception windows and display windows, the Roller Bearing 10 sliding door system is best suited to 1 and 2 door applications but may also be used for 3 or 4 door applications by running multiple panels on each track or multiple tracks.

Glass Preparation Details
Cowdroy recommends all glass have polished edges and rounded or tipped corners.

Rollerbearing 10 is;

• Suitable for use with 10mm glass, mirror and perspex panels as well as 10.38mm laminated glass panels up to 50kg.
• Head guide incorporates screw flutes for end mounting and V grooves for screw location and drilling.
• Mohair inserts can be removed to allow for the use of a 16mm timber panel.
• Optional Head Race section allows for added strength and security.
• The sheave assembly has screw height adjustment and contains a smooth and quiet nylon wheel.
• The double bottom track incorporates a V groove for screw location and drilling.
• Aluminium extrusions are all pre-finished in a clear anodised finish and are available in 4500mm lengths.
