CareVision has rolled out a comprehensive update to support providers navigating recent changes to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, HCP Subsidy Rates, and CHSP Service Type IDs. For organisations that have opted in, the platform has already facilitated a seamless transition across all NDIS billing categories and HCP funding sources, minimising disruption and ensuring compliance.

The update includes indexed adjustments for Core Supports, national flat-rate pricing for therapy services, and major changes to Support Coordination and Plan Management. Psychology is now standardised at $232.99/hour, while physiotherapy and allied health rates have been adjusted accordingly. The Plan Management Establishment Fee and remote loading charges have also been removed.

CareVision has also released significant feature improvements, including a 70% performance boost for Scheduling Teams v2, enhanced mobile app functionality for clients, and improved staff allocation tools for Social Group Event management.

A new module tailored for contractor-heavy organisations is in development, with early access available upon request.
