Allplastics Engineering plastic washers Allplastics Engineering can manufacture a vast range of plastic washers for a wide spectrum of applications. These washers are lightweight, give superior wear resistance over their metal counterparts and can be made in an extensive range of plastics including Acetal, Nylon, PTFE (Teflon), HDPE, Polypropylene, PVC, Polyester and Polyurethane. These materials are selected to suit a variety of conditions where corrosive and electrical resistance are required. For large quantities >10000 washers are usually stamped from sheet. For smaller quantities and for closer tolerance applications the washers are machined from solid rod. Benefits
