Machined Acetal Dots Cover the Globe!

Allplastics Engineering completed an interesting project for a major corporation by assembling thousands of precision machined natural Acetal plugs on the world map which was CNC Routed from Opal Acrylic with thousands of holes to match the plugs. The plugs had a groove where a rubber O-Ring was placed for a snug fit.

Some of the dots were coloured in blue to highlight the locations where the company has offices and production centres.

Allplastics can complete unique and diverse corporate displays and signage projects using our full inhouse machining, fabrication and CNC Routing technology. Materials can be selected from a wide range of colours and finishes to suit the client's requirements.
