Famous European Awning Manufacturer appoints Australian distributor

In a major coup for an Australian company, Blinds by Peter Meyer has signed an exclusivity agreement with one of Europe's largest quality Awning manufacturer, Weinor GmHB.

In a joint press release, Simon Meyer of Blinds by Peter Meyer and Marc Hilgenstock of Weinor GmHB confirmed their delight at the agreement after a visit to their Cologne factory in July by Simon and Damien Meyer to get a first hand understanding of the products and for training in the quality awning range.

Blinds by Peter Meyer is well known in the window covering market for supplying the trade with quality products and in the last 5 years have made substantial inroads into the exterior folding arm awning and Straight Drop awning market to add to the large interior range of quality products.

Weinor GHB is one of Europes largest manufacturers of folding arm awnings and Patio roof/Conservatory Roof systems.

Based in Cologne, Germany; Weinor started manufacturing in 1960 and has a huge offering of colours and fabrics as well as a direct focus on customer service and quality... a perfect partner for Blinds by Peter Meyer. Customers can choose from one of the standard 56 RAL colours for no additional surcharge, or any one of over the 200+ RAL colours for a small surcharge.

As well as offering 56 standard frame colours and over 200 exclusive fabrics, the range includes built in heaters and LED lighting to make the exterior area much more usable.
