Allplastics Engineering recently completed an interesting installation in Sydney's Central business district. The client required to have transparent panels to fill the openings between the existing structure posts.

9.5mm thick clear polycarbonate UV2 grade was selected due to its outdoor features, exceptional strength and resistance to hail. Frameless fixtures were utilised to maximise the aesthetics.

This design allowed the occupants on levels 10 and 11 of the York street building to enjoy the sun and fresh air as well as preventing the risk of using the ledge to climb up.
