Anti-Ponding Grates from EJ

NEW GENERATION ANTI-PONDING GRATES.

EJ presents a new generation antiponding grate and frame for South East Queensland.

"Anti-ponding grates have been hard to get for the last few years. They were an old design with rather large grate openings," said John Gilbert, National Sales Manager for EJ in the Asia Pacific region.

"The new versions are called the Tempo500 and TempoPlus and are made in our French foundry. "These products are the new way to do anti-ponding grates on road corners or in tight drainage situations like carparks, tunnels and bridges," said John.

Tempo products feature:

bicycle safe 'tri-bar' design grates
integrated lintel system
snap locked grates and lintel
trash guard

The TempoPlus (pictured above) features a fully adjustable lintel to match the profile of the surrounding kerb line. The lintel can be adjusted up and down or sloped from side to side or backward or forward.

The Tempo500 and TempPlus are also available in a layback or straight design to match the kerb design.

Machine molded and cast in ductile iron, the grates and lintel meet Class E 400kN of AS3996.
