Linear Trench Grates
Commonly seen in pedestrian walkways, airports and loading ramps, Linear trench grates come in parallel grates, perpendicular cross-street drainage and ADA styles that support people with disabilities. The 6900 Airport Trench Grate Series is an extra heavy duty (EXA) trench grate that has been proof load tested to 200,000 lbs. The EXA airport trench grate is cast in ductile iron and is proof load tested to 900 kN.

The ADA style trenching system are available for either traffic or nontraffic usage. These trenching solutions are available in lengths of up to 610mm while the width ranges from 150mm to 1200mm.

Pedestrian Safe Trench Grates & Frame
EJ manufactures HEELPROOF™ trench grates that protect pedestrians from tripping, especially for those who are wearing heels which are prone to get caught in between the grate segments. Available in light and heavy duty with varied sizes. HEELPROOF™ grates have anti-skid features and are bolted down for security. Colour options are available by request.
