Allplastics Engineering has completed many projects where multi-coloured HDPE (high density polyethylene) was CNC routed. Multi-colour HDPE sheets are versatile, environmentally stable with co-extruded multiple layers of contrasting colours. The design of the sheet makes it an ideal material to replace timber that rots, or metal that can rust, for signage, playgrounds, golf courses, amusement parks, locker doors, swimming pools, marine, and many other applications.

Multi-layer coloured high density polyethylene (HDPE) sheets from Allplastics Engineering are available in a wide spectrum of bright contrasting colours, making it the perfect choice in environments where strong impact colours are a prerequisite. Since the colours are embedded within the sheet and not just a surface finish, it never requires painting, nor will it rot or rust. Perfect for indoor and outdoor. Easy to cut and CNC router/engrave. The base materials are FDA approved.

The material is UV stabilized and the cap surface is textured which will hide little scratches that would otherwise be visible in a glossy surface. It is available in a wide range of colour combinations that are ideal for corporate colours, sporting team logos, and school colours. The sheets are generally available in 12 or 19mm thicknesses, 2440 x 1220 sheet size.
