Integrity Door Services has successfully completed the replacement of an existing industrial steel roller shutter serving the spray booths at JAWS Buckets & Attachments, the Archerfield-based manufacturer of heavy-duty mining and construction equipment.

The project involved removing the existing wide-span door and installing a substantial custom-built roller shutter door measuring approximately 10m wide by 8m high.

Engineered for high-cycle operation, the new shutter features a heavy-duty GfA direct-drive motor with safety brake, a springless direct-drive drum and a robust curtain incorporating 100mm x 1.0mm roll-formed steel slats with windlock guides.
