Plastics for the Food Processing Industry

Allplastics Engineering stocks and manufactures an extensive range of materials and components for the food processing industry. These include cutting boards and finished parts machined from OKULEN HDPE sheets available in many thicknesses from 3mm to 50mm.

OKULEN chopping boards are made from Food grade HMWPE (High Molecular weight Polyethylene). These chopping boards are extensively used for the processing and preparing of foods in such sectors as hotels, restaurants, butchers, abattoirs, poultry, cheese-vegetable processors and fish processing factories.

For the manufacture of the OKULEN chopping boards modern German standard technology is utilized. Although most of the cutting boards are in neutral (white); special colours can be supplied to segregate meat, poultry, fish and vegetables.

Allplastics will supply, cut to size, machine grooves and radius the edges of the chopping blocks. In addition specialised OKULEN items such as Paddles, Dough Mixers and Mincers can be machined to your drawings or samples from specially selected food grade plastics.
