French Authority Clears Way For EJ Product Road Testing

If you're going to road test your product, what better way than to use a real, heavy traffic roadway to prove positively that the product is right for the real world. And if it isn't, make the necessary quality tweaks until it's perfect.

Now travel to Picardie, home of EJ in France where the local transit authority has provided access to a road adjacent to their foundry, to use as a testing ground for new generation manhole covers and grates.

The designated road is still open to public traffic so it is subject to harsh treatment and really puts our new product releases to the test. Engineers from EJ constantly monitor the product performance to ensure we only sell the best there is.

Here in Australia, we also conduct further tests including FEA of the CAD designs; computer and simulated load testing; foundry batch tests in France; arrival batch testing in Australia and finally, independent load testing here in Australia.
