Utilizing our 3000 x 2000 CNC Routers, we can provide customers with accurately replicated shapes for a diverse range of industries from mining, agriculture, medical, electrical, signage, rail, pharmaceutical, food, material handlings, defence, architecture, marine, and much more. CNC Routing can be an economical option for materials that cannot be lasercut due to the composition of some plastics. Materials such as acetal, nylon, PTFE, HDPE, polypropylene, high impact polystyrene, acrylic, PVC, polycarbonate, UHMWPE, aluminum composite, ABS, and others can be accurately machined from DXF file format drawings supplied by customers and designers. Our expertise in the machining and CNC routing of plastics extends over 45 years. We can also assist with the selection of correct materials in your upcoming project.
