The Maxim Aluminium External Shutter System has been tested for wind loading. It is structurally adequate to sustain wind loads as per AS1170.2 (1989) requirements. The shutters have a frame size of 60mm x 40mm and can have either operable or fixed blades. Custom designs are also possible for larger projects.
