CS Cavity Sliders proven Frameless Glass Cavity slider has been in manufacture for over 6 years.

The Frameless Glass CS Cavity Slider is an attractive high quality sliding door system that allows for a single sheet of glass to be used as a door leaf.

Fixed using an aluminium rail at the top of the door, the Frameless Glass system is ideally suited for applications where minimising door details is essential, offering a unique option to the CS Cavity Sliders range of cavity sliding doors.

The CS Cavity Sliders system is suitable for residential through to commercial applications. The systems are regularly utilised in luxury residences, hotels and resorts.

CS Cavity Sliders can produce Frameless Glass cavity sliders to suit Glass doors up to a maximum height of 2700mm and up to a maximum width of 3500mm.

Jambs are made of cedar and are grooved with woolpile seals fitted to assist in guiding the door leaf and allowing for no visible guides in the opening.

The frame is constructed of extruded aluminium. The top plate and track are incorporated as a one-piece aluminium extrusion exclusive to CS Cavity Sliders Pty Ltd. The track utilises quick release dual wheel carriages that pivot for perfect alignment making operation exceptionally smooth and effortless.

Maximum door weight using two carriages is 240kg.

The Frameless Glass unit can be used with a number of CS Cavity Sliders jamb options. Using the Timberform unit as a base for these options details are as follows.

Full Height Detail

The ceiling lining meets flush with the track above the clear opening giving an open and continuous feel to the room. With this option, the brushed aluminium top rail of the Frameless Glass system is exposed.

Concealed

This unit is made so the only moving section seen is the glass panel itself. Concealing the top rail of the door is done with a removable panel, allowing access to the door at any time. This option shows only the clean lines of the glass panel giving an open feel to both rooms.

These options can be incorporated in a Single, Bi Parting or 90o Bi Parting unit.
