Insulated Sectional Doors from DMF International

DMF International would like to announce its new Insulated Sectional Door, which is the latest addition to its extensive range of door solutions. The Insulated Sectional Door has been specifically designed for use in loading docks and coolrooms, providing an alternative for sliding doors and roller shutters.

Custom manufactured in Australia to size, the doors provide a high level of temperature insulation, with security and wind resistance.

Manually or motor driven, the sectional doors can be configured to suit the available headroom clearance.

With a thickness of 50mm, the insulated panel sections are fabricated from prepainted, hot dip galvanised steel, with rigid CFC free polyurethane core. The steel surface is continuously ribbed and stucco embossed, then finished with painted baked enamel offering high durability and corrosion protection for moist applications.

The finished product, is therefore able to provide security, a high strength to weight ratio, and effective insulation benefits.

The motor driven option includes a controller and single phase DC motor, requiring no limit switches or safety edges, since the motor senses the loading and reacts accordingly. These are suitable for up to an incredible 33sqm opening size.

Options available for these doors include vision glazing, lifting handles, and various activation types for automated versions.
