Redrock Baking Stone has been released and is now on the market - www.bakingstone.com.au. It was shown and displayed at the Good Food and Wine show in Brisbane on 4, 5 and 6/11/11 and results of our first sales pitch are very positive.

The cooking stone is Terra Cotta based and measures 360 mm x 360 mm x 25 mm thick and responds very well to heat acceptance and retention of heat. It comes complete with its own bakers peel, handle and cutter. The online video's show the versatility of the R B S as a cooking medium and shows pizza's, scones and focaccia bread being cooked.

The Redrock Baking Stone is available online or at selected outlets stone complete, delivered anywhere in Australia. It is superbly packaged in a Foam Styrene box inside a outer cover to protect it in transit. It makes a perfect gift for the festive season or for a wedding gift.
