The Australian Refrigeration Association (ARA) is officially announcing the launch of the 2nd Annual HVACR Energy Efficiency Seminar 2016 being held at the Australian Technology Park on 5 & 6 April 2016 and covers the HVACR component of High Performance Energy 2016 in Knowledge Theatre 1.

We are offering all HVACR stakeholders an intensive two day programme highlighting the transition of the Australian HVACR industry to energy efficiency and emissions reduction. With the potential of a vast majority of commercial, industrial and residential HVACR infrastructure being replaced over the coming decade with new technology and new plant, it is important to appreciate the energy efficient and low emissions nature of natural refrigerant based technologies and explore alternative methods, solutions and thinking to better manage the heat load in the built environment.

The Seminar addresses key issues impacting the Australian HVACR industry and provides delegates an opportunity to apply due diligence and gain accurate information in the following areas:

• Exploring emerging HVACR energy efficient technologies and solutions
• Identifying and appreciating energy efficiency and GHG emissions reduction
• Quantifying and Recognising the value of integrated energy efficient engineering
• Recognising the regulatory requirements to shift to low GWP refrigerants
• Safety, risk and education - handling and implementing low GWP natural refrigerants

Stakeholders responsible for the efficient operation of an organisation's HVACR plant are invited to attend the HVACR Energy Efficiency Seminar 2016. Transitioning the Australian HVACR industry to a lower GHG emission and energy efficient future relies heavily on the knowledge and experience of the existing HVACR stakeholder community. We aim to give you the benefit of their experience and enable you to gain an accurate and comprehensive understanding of the future of the HVACR industry.
