Raised floors are common in many buildings, especially balconies, terraces, podiums, green roofs and pool surrounds. The issue of how to best raise the floor to meet the building specifications is one that is often difficult to resolve especially when you have to keep in mind the waterproof membrane and services beneath.

VersiPave and VersiJack are both suitable for supporting paving and timber decking and their innovative design means that there is no need for mechanical fixings or glue to keep them in place.

Both pedestal types work to create a premium finish and they are adjustable from 12mm to 1m to allow you to equalise internal and external areas and create a level surface. They also provide easy access to the membrane in case of repairs and eliminate efflorescence, ponding and the need for drainage grates.
