Award Winning Attic Takes Renovation to New Heights

We are thrilled to announce that Master Builders Association has awarded Attic Group the winner of the Roof and Attic Conversions category in this year's MBA Excellence in Housing Awards.

Attic Group's Winning Roof and Attic Conversions

The winning submission was an Attic Conversion we completed at a heritage listed house in Darling Point, Sydney. As attic specialists, Attic Group created a further 45m² of contemporary loft space comprising of two bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and a generous recreational space flooded by natural light from 5 bespoke skylights.

Comments from the judges; "A high standard of workmanship and excellent value for money were hallmarks of this project. The builder overcame significant access difficulties to achieve this impressive result."

What the client had to say; "We are so happy with our new attic space. From concept to DA, the construction and then completion has been free of conflict or complication. Josip's attention to detail and inexhaustible patience was second to none. We chose the Attic Group on the recommendation of a friend, who had previously used the Attic Group. We could not be any happier with the process and end result."

This is a prime example of what can be done in a roof space which for so long has been under-utilised. Potential exists to transform a home, and most importantly change the lives of your family for the better.
