Plastic Bushes - Top Hat & Flanged Bushes from Allplastics At Allplastics Engineering, we love our bushes! Not the US presidential type, nor the bushes in your garden; Our bushes are machined from Nylon, Acetal, PTFE, HDPE, Polypropylene, PVC, PEEK, and many other engineering plastics in a variety of diameters and lengths to suit our customers unique requirements. The bushes can be just straight with an outside diameter, inside diameter, and a nominated length. Alternatively, we can manufacture bespoke flanged or "top-hat" bushes that have a shoulder that prevents the bush from sliding through the sheet metal hole. Bushes are ideal for moving shafts and as isolators of two sliding metal objects and, in some instances, as electrical insulators. We can manufacture any quantity from 1 to 10K plus.
