Vertical Louvres for Apartments from Maxim Louvres

Maxim Louvres were thrilled to be specified by the architect behind these stylish Cronulla apartments for their vertical louvre blades. Director, Mo Chehelnabi of Architecture Urbaneia, Crows Nest, sought a means of adding shade, privacy, and a designer, aspect-enhancing finish to the many bespoke, curved balconies of the complex. Maxim Louvres' external continuous louvres proved ideal in this case, as they not only met the brief but will also reduce glare plus solar heat gain within the building by up to 90%.

Developed by Iridium Developments and built by EQ Construction, these apartments in Cronulla now boast a fine selection of Wavelength louvres by Maxim Louvres. These continuous louvres feature tough extruded aluminium blades and are engineered to comply with AS1170.2 for wind loading. The blades come in two dimensions, MC75 & MC85, and can be installed horizontally or vertically, as seen in this case.
