Updating NDIS Pricing for Art and Music Therapy in CareVision.

The NDIA has released new Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, effective 24 November 2025, reducing the hourly rate for Art and Music Therapy from $193.99 to $156.16. CareVision makes it straightforward for providers to apply these changes and maintain accurate, compliant billing within the portal.

To update rates, users begin in Settings (then) Billing Categories, confirming the relevant NDIS therapy categories already exist: Early Childhood Intervention and Assessment/Recommendation categories for both Art and Music Therapy. Each billing category can then be opened and edited to reflect the new pricing.

Providers simply set the Effective From date to 24 November 2025, ensure the Unit is set to Hours, and update the Draft Rate Set to the new $156.16 value. Once saved and published, the revised rate is applied for all future claims.
