Allplastics Engineering prepared the heavy duty Food grade High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) chopping board for the Orchid Persian Restaurant in Sydney.

The chef of the restaurant required a sturdy meat slicing and slitting surface, which is food grade. 70mm thick HDPE from Allplastics was manufactured for this application.

The owner and the chef of the Orchid restaurant were more than happy with the results achieved. The previous cutting board was timber, which did not meet the requirements of HACCP inspections.
