What is a Poly Render Cladding System?
While giving the appearance of a rendered brick wall, Poly Render External Cladding System is a multi-layered wall system that consists of the following components:

Polyrender Panel - Made of polystyrene, coated with polymer modified render and alkali resistant fibreglass mesh, mechanically secured to the exterior wall surface.
Base Coat - Two coats of base coat render 3-5mm thick is applied to the entire wall area.
Finish Coat - Applied on top of the base coat giving a durable, crack resistant finish.

Flexible Design, Versatile Applications
Consisting of Grade M expanded polystyrene, Chad Plaster Polystyrene Cladding System is perfectly suited for cladding and rendering applications and is aesthetically designed to resemble the appearance of a rendered brick wall. It features a depth of reveal at windows that only further enhances its architectural appearance. The inherent flexibility of Poly Render enables a less-constrained design and installation process of wall systems.

Each Poly Render panel is available as a 1.2m x 3.0m sheet with a standard thickness sizes of 50 millimetres, 75 millimetres, and 100 millimetres. For other size requirements, a request can be made so that the Poly Render can be customised based on the desired size.

High Thermal Efficiency: Built for Superior Insulation Performance
Poly Render utilises the superior thermal capabilities provided by the expanded polystyrene (EPS) material. A Poly Render panel with a thickness of 75 millimetres is likely to be three times more thermally efficient than a standard brick veneer construction.

Easy Installation
Poly Render is specifically designed for easy installation. It is usually manufactured and installed on site and applied to external walls, bulkheads, fences, extensions, and columns. After being fixed or screwed through washers to timber or steel-made exterior wall frame, an Alkaline-resistant fibreglass mesh is installed over the wall. A 2-coat application to the entire wall of Polymer-reinforced coating follows the mesh rendering. Thereafter, a coloured topcoat of texture is applied as finish coating.

Note: It is recommended that a minimum of 75mm or greater of PolyRender panel be used for the main dwelling walls. 50mm is only recommended for parapets or bulkheads where 75mm is too thick for the set out of the frame.

Leading independent consultants have comprehensively tested and evaluated Chad Polyrender Board and have verified that it complies with all relevant Australian Standards and Building Code of Australia (BCA) Performance Requirements necessary for EIFS systems. Consequently Chad Polyrender Board is fully compliant and has been accredited by the Victorian Building Advisory Committee (Brac) as an external cladding and wall insulation system.

A. Chad PolyRender - Insulated Cladding Panel/Board
The M Grade, fire-retardant and vermin-resistant EPS board conforms to the following standards: AS 1366.3. The dimensionally stable board is ideal to use in external rendering applications.

B. Chad PolyRender - Fixing Accessories
It consists of PVC angle or bead, washers and fixing screws.

C. Chad PolyRender - Wall Mesh
Alkali resistant, self-adhesive fibreglass mesh that is installed on-site.

E. Chad Surface Coatings - Primer/Texture
