Freight Hoists Victoria from Southwell Lifts & Hoists Southwell have recently completed the installation of another two Freight Hoists for Woolworths in Abbotsford, Victoria. One Freight Hoist and one Goods Personnel hoist were installed side by side which allows for the flexibility to send goods only or have staff accompany the freight. In years gone by, these larger freight hoists were built as scissor lifts requiring a deep pit. In this case, the client was unable to provide a pit and Southwell designed, manufactured and installed our twin mast cantilever style units which have minimal lowered height.
