Pool Cleaning with Admiral Ultra Robotic Pool Cleaner from Waterco

Waterco's next generation Admiral Ultra
designed for easy, more comprehensive clean

Fast Track Technology offers two cleaning options

With robotic pool cleaners increasingly gaining traction, Waterco Ltd has released its next generation Admiral Ultra. And this model is equipped with 'Fast Track' Technology.

The Admiral Ultra has been engineered with ease of use plus water, energy and chemical conservation top of mind. With the Fast Track Technology, the latest model can offer two cleaning options:

- 1 hour 'fast track': a concentrated cleaning cycle on the pool floor, where the majority of debris is usually located

- 3 hour 'full' clean cycle: this provides the ultimate in pool cleaning, scrubbing walls up to the waterline, floors and steps

"With this new technology, we have finessed the features to make it even easier for pool owners to target specific problem areas in the pool," says George Flory, Waterco's product manager, domestic water care.

"And as with previous versions, it's designed to save pool owners time and money. Ease of use is also key; the Admiral Ultra it requires no installation, no hoses and no additional equipment."

The Admiral Ultra has a number of distinctive features including:

- Three self-driven internal motors, one of which enables it to vacuum up water, dirt and debris through a built-in pump and then filter it through an internal filtration system

- Dual direct drive motors that drive two powerful scrubbing brushes and propel the Admiral Ultra around the pool

- Technology which allows for automatic and systematic cleaning of the pool without relying on the operation of the pool's filtration equipment

- In-built navigation system, which prevents the cleaner getting caught on any obstacles

- Intelligent programming, which sends the cleaner in a different direction every time - thus enhancing pool coverage

- All terrain traction plus gel-pro brushes, which are powered by a direct drive motor. The result is increased torque and efficiency, and the motor allows for better traction and superior cleaning capabilities

- Water-cooled pump (the Admiral Ultra operates on just 120 watts of power)

- Quick drain system, enabling water to rapidly flow back into the pool, immediately lightening the cleaner for quick and easy removal from the pool

- Extra large filter bag, which is designed to maximise its capacity and micro filter down to the finest debris

"Unlike traditional suction cleaners, the Admiral Ultra has no problem vacuuming up large leaves and sticks. This results in a more comprehensive clean in a shorter period of time," Flory says. "This cleaner also has a wide cleaning path; the strategic location of the Admiral Ultra's vacuum intake ports and the advanced geometry of its underbelly allow debris to be vacuumed not only from under the cleaner, but also from its sides."

The Admiral Ultra is easy to operate, with no installation, hoses or additional equipment required. It's suitable for vinyl lined, fibreglass, tile and concrete residential pools up to 9m x 12m. It's also the lightest cleaner on the market and has a patented kink resistant power cord. Plus there is a two year warranty.
