1. Precast
It is recommended that the internal concrete structural layer is poured against the precast bed. THERMOMASS connectors can then be placed after installation boards are installed.
2. Tilt-up
The tilt-up is the same as precast, the only difference is that the concrete panels are constructed and also finished on-site.
3. In-situ
With the in-situ method, the THERMOMASS Insulation System is placed after the first layer of steel reinforcement is secured onto the open formwork. This will then be closed with the last layer of steel reinforcement and concrete can finally be poured.
