Its barrel-vault form suits square or rectangular playground spaces, delivering structured shade and weather protection across assembly areas, recreation yards and outdoor classrooms.

Available in HDPE mesh for shade-only applications or waterproof PVC and PTFE membranes, the system offers UV protection while remaining significantly cooler beneath than traditional metal-roof COLAs. Engineered adaptability allows integration of catenary cable edges or linear steel edge beams, variable roof heights to suit adjacent buildings, reinforced steel supports for high wind zones, and optional awnings for extended weather coverage. Guttering and drainage systems can also be incorporated to direct runoff to stormwater or rainwater harvesting systems.
