StairTrak from CarpetCare designed to increase stair safety

StairTrak is a non-slip step edge designed to stop carpet wear at its most vulnerable point - the front edge - and to increase safety with a sure-footed grip from Carpetcare.

Quality carpet is always a major investment, and stairTrak can help protect your investment by extending the life of stair carpet. The non-slip grip can also reduce the risk of accidents and expensive compensation claims.

The treads are made from hardened aluminium sections with a rubber inlay, and they can be applied to existing or new carpet. The treads can be screwed to either timber or concrete steps using purpose-designed screws concealed by the inlaid rubber fitted into the metal strip. The sections can also be shaped to either convex or concave curves.

stairTrak comes in two widths - 70mm and 108mm, finished in various hard-coat 25 micron anodised colours, and the rubber insert is available in a wide range of shades to match your decor.
