Radcon Formula #7 waterproofs fountains, planters, and landscaped areas at the popular entertainment quarter in the green centre of Singapore.

The original building was constructed in 1854 as Singapore's stunning mission school, formerly known as CHIJMES. This has now been transformed into a haven for fine dining and shopping in the heart of Singapore's heritage trail. Radcon Formula #7 was applied to some 3,000 sq metres of the suspended concrete decks which includes two levels of internal courtyard to provide a complete water proofing system.

The first level is the sunken courtyard section suspended over the basement carpark. This section has been completely filled and features a water fountain. The upper level of the internal courtyard has been both landscaped and tiled. This podium level forms the rooftop to the restaurants and commercial offices located underneath.

All landscaped areas and fountains were waterproofed with Radcon Formula #7, confirming its undoubted green credentials as it is non toxic and not harmful to plant or marine life.

The completed site is one of the tourist hot-spots in this amazing city, hosting a gallery of international boutiques, fine dining restaurants and wine bars.
