For the safety of occupants, non-slip stairs strips are also added to the treads. The functional strips blend naturally with the blackbutt treads, serving both as a safety feature and also a design characteristic.

Thanks to the natural light coming from the floor-to-ceiling window panels on the 3-level apartment, the staircase highlights an eclectic yet sophisticated ambience. The stairs combine steel, exposed timber, and glass.
