By C is an extra heavy duty expansion joint system with a range of applications. The standard cover plate is fabricated from high-grade alloy in mill finish, as accounted for the high capacity of By C. The coupling system of By C consists of centre bars connecting the alloy components together. The c-bars are built with injection moulded composite blend for outstanding corrosion resistance.

The sophisticated design of By C allows extra heavy duty facility to bulky service equipment, such as forklifts, scissor-lifts and pallet trolleys. The squared edges of By C reinforce this facility by eliminating horizontal wheel impact. The coverplate can be supplied in stainless steel, anodised alloy, or bead blasted for a 'V' class slip resistance rating. The standard edge retainer is extruded from high grade 6061 T6 alloy. It is natural anodised for an architectural finish, and corrosion resistance.
