The Axiom Group was responsible for the non-glazed balustrade application in the modern retirement community of Pavilions Blackburn Lake. The challenge was to enhance the facade of the building without compromising on performance and compliance. To achieve this feat, the Axiom Group used 3 of their balustrade systems.

The Lynfield Suite is a non-glazed balustrade system that combines contemporary elements and tradition. The result is a harmonious and balanced balustrade design. It has ultra slim vertical battens and a post-free appearance. The Lynfield Suite comes to construction sites already coated and pre-assembled to speed up projects.

Aside from the Lynfield Suite, the Axiom Group also used the semi-frameless Neo Suite and the glass screen Vectro Suite to complete the Pavilions at Blackburn Lake.
