High Heat Temperature Resistant Fabrics by BellisThe TEXFILM™ 604 PTFE Coated Cloth is a high-heat temperature resistant fabric that is ideal to provide sealing and insulation for moderate-duty flue gas services. Non-porous, it is composed of a crossfilm fabric barrier laminated on one side and a PTFE-coated fibreglass fabric. As a non-porous material, TEXFILM™ 604 PTFE Coated Cloth from Bellis are impervious to moisture or getting wet from rain. It is also highly resistant to various chemicals or toxic solvents, making them suitable for medium duty flue gas applications. The actual fabric itself, which is applied with uniform and robust PTFE coating, is composed of woven fibreglass manufactured using continuous filament, plied yarns- while the CrossFilm barrier is made of three high strength plies of PTFE laminate film, allowing it to provide flexible, highly-durable, and stress crack resistant features.
