SITE DETAILS: Belmont Plaza is a new shopping centre development at Lake Macquarie, NSW, housing more than 30 speciality shops and a new sporting facility for the Belmont Bowling Club. ADCO, Australia-wide building company, chose RADMYX capillary waterproofing system for the bowling greens, underground car park and plant room areas with a combined volume of 5,000 cubic metres. RADMYX can be added to the concrete mix prior to the pour, providing a reliable waterproofing solution that remains dormant inside the slab and reactivates upon contact with water.
