ATDC has supplied and installed an electrically operated aluminium commercial roller shutter for the new Butchers Buffet tenancy at Melrose Central Shopping Centre in Melrose Park near Sydney.

The client's brief called for the shutter to become a standout feature rather than recede into the background. In response, the curtain was finished in a striking, high-impact colour treatment aimed at capturing the attention of passing foot traffic. This turns an essential security element into a bold, public-facing advertisement, supporting brand visibility even when the tenancy is closed.

The installation demonstrates how commercial roller shutters can move beyond purely functional security to deliver both protection and strong marketing impact within busy retail environments. ATDC's specialist commercial team managed supply and installation, with the project delivered in collaboration with Metro Deco Construction & Fitout.
