In our industry our focus has been drawn to the waste pandemic wreaking havoc on our landfill. By reclaiming the waste of polymers and dried waste paint, ISPS has the solution; Create; durable building materials from throw away nontoxic paints and polymers used from our interior industries. Varying regulations maintain environmental management standards on a greater scale, so the potential of integration and governing standards will lead the long term economic and environmental expenditure, creating jobs and a cleaner and greener nation.

ISPS are currently making tablet stands. The creation of our Bonethane2100 Terrazzo flooring will be utilised in shopping centres, hospitals, endless floor and wall options, however the regulated material must be available not thrown into landfill.

With the waste we have from our own custom building materials, we are able to recycle and create the images displayed. It is disturbing to fathom the thought of all this material being thrown to landfill, when we all so readily use this to create products and finishes that you see in your homes or commercial business.

ISPS have spent many years to develop The Bonethane10 system which is designed in minimising land fill polymer & non toxic paint waste, we want to build awareness and petition the resources available to scheme a proposal. Education into energy recovery has been a primary drive to produce our product.

One of the major concerns is the stripping of coloured polymers and colours polymer resins. With our process this is eliminated.

With so many imported building materials not conforming with regulations causing catastrophic quandary to building projects. Gaining control & producing building materials (quality and controlled) will create a new foundation that can be prepared for future generations.

ISPS Innovations are committed to research and development of the uses of dried waste paint and the results speak for themselves, our process Bonethane10 & product Bonethane2100 Terrazzo is a key indicator for this clean and healthy alternative for NEW building materials.

There has been no system to recycle dried waste paint until now (created by ISPS Innovations). The only method in place, is to refine waste paint which leaves a residue, then thrown back into landfill. The process we have developed removes dried waste paint, polyurethanes, epoxies, acrylics & water based paints etc mixed into a water based system, from landfill. This encourages paint companies to concentrate on manufacturing environmentally friendly paints, without hindering their end product.

Currently house hold paints are dried out so it can be thrown in the bin, ISPS Innovations processes can eliminate this completely.
