Zinc roof imitation created with Cosmofin PVC Membrane and Standing Seam Profiles

Cosmofin PVC standing seams are used to give a modern architectural design look to roofs. It imitates the appearance of a zinc roof but is fully customisable. The PVC standing seam profiles are hot air welded onto the completed Cosmofin membrane and installed to the width, direction, and pattern of your choice.

Both the waterproofing membrane and the standing seams are UV stable and can be left exposed. The Cosmofin membrane and standing seams are flexible and can handle the movement of any structure. The flexibility of the seams allows them to be installed on curved/domed roofs replicating the optimum zinc roof appearance.

The photos illustrate the completed work of an experienced and accredited waterproofing contractor, SSP Waterproofing using the Cosmofin LLV membrane in combination with the standing seams on a rooftop in Clovelly. The client wanted the aesthetic finish that standard zinc roofs offer but at a lower cost. So Cosmofin LLV membrane and PVC standing seams were selected for this project as a cost-effective alternative to a typical zinc roof.
