Presenting the new slim design Vertical control Gap Tie for brickwork by Cerra Metal Works. Tested to a control gap of 20m, the new slim design is easier to bed due to its low profile of 6mm. This tie will retain masonry integrity against lateral wind loads, sleeves will absorb differential movement. Suitable for universal applications, this brickwork solution is Australian design and tested to AS/NZS 2699.2:2020.
