The Flexit LED comes with tamper-resistant snake eye screws. It also has a thin and flexible featherweight diffuser that can resist cracking, tearing, or breaking. Should it ever become dislodged, it is a virtually harmless instrument. To prevent any entry to the fitting should the diffuser become dislodged, the luminaire has a 6mm-thick polycarbonate panel found between the lamp and metal flange.
