HomeGuard subterranean termite management from Exopest Control  These guidelines are to be read in conjunction with the HomeGuard Certificate of Installation & Completion, the termite management notice(s), the warranty and association warranty document; - Regularly check the external perimeter of your building for signs of subterranean termite bridging and/or breaching of your HomeGuard Termite Management System.
- Immediately notify your FMC Accredited HomeGuard installer should subterranean bridging and/or breaching of the HomeGuard Termite Management System be noted or suspected.
- Do not store goods, refuse, timbers and/or firewood within 350mm of the perimeter of the external wall surface of any structure.
- Keep external weep holes clear of vegetation, debris and/or soil to a recommended minimum of 75mm.
- Ensure that your HomeGuard Termite Management System is maintained during and after any future construction and/or rectification works.
- Do not change any treated soil level without first seeking advice from your FMC Accredited HomeGuard installer.
- Ensure that your HomeGuard Termite Management System is maintained during and after an future landscaping works.
- Ensure that you regular inspection and reports are undertaken at intervals as recommended by your Licensed Pest Inspector - at least annually and more often in high risk areas.
