Since its development in 2002, Aq P has waterproofed expansion joints in more than 20 kilometres of car parks, stadiums, bridges, roof tops and other wet areas. Hence, the team incorporated the innovative Aq P design into By N.

By N can facilitate substantial movement from all directions, including differential vertical movement. Its 6mm rubber protection cover pads provide high flexibility, allowing By N to be surface mounted or flush mounted into a recess. Car park expansion joints require a decent waterproof upturn detail; simple welding technology of the AqP makes transitioning simple. By N/Aq P can be transitioned from floor-floor to floor-wall, mitres or T junctions without compromising watersealing performance.

The By N cover plate is supplied in a clear anodised aluminium finish. The high-quality alloy provides excellent durability and wear resistance in carrying the continuous load of hundreds of pounding cars per day. By N is also resistant to corrosion, stable when exposed to ultraviolet (UV) rays, and slip-resistant surface meets Australian Standards. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, By N can be easily integrated with Unison Joints Py I fire seals.

By N is available in lengths of 4.8m. The product is compatible with epoxy flooring and both polished and burnished concrete finishes.
